Coaching at The White CompanyThe White Company is a fast growing modern retail business. Throughout the Summer and Autumn of 2010 Need for Achievement have been providing one to one coaching to their middle managers. The format has been four meetings with approximately six weeks spacing. All the coachees have been technically excellent and this coaching was focused on their development as managers. The progreamme was completed in October 2010 to great success. One manager said: "Need for Achievement has empowered me to think outside the box on subjects such as team dynamic, perception and self-reflection. I feel I have enhanced my ability to be an effective manager as a direct result of these sessions." |
